Andes tour for older folks - Recommendations? (Santiago de Chile)

Hola a todos,
I'll be spending July and August in Santiago and my parents will be visiting me. They're 66 years old and I'd love to take them on a tour into the Andes, but they can't go on any strenuous hikes. Do you know of any tour companies that might offer excursions that would be able to accommodate us?
