Chicken is still meat :) (Santiago de Chile)

Posting this to network with any vegetarians out there in Santiago. My partner doesn't eat meat and is always offered chicken as a substitute!! She does eat fish though so that makes things a bit easier. Anyone know of any good vegetarian shops around, if such a thing exists here, I've found a few restaurants, but like to cook at home more often than not. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
