Counseling/coaching (Santiago de Chile)

Does anyone have a contact or referral for a qualified councilor or service that may be able to help deal with issues having to do with expat life?

Any info would be helpful, but specifically I´d like to know if they are:
-Free, self pay, covered by government programs or ISAPRE, etc.
-Experienced in life coaching and are familiar with issues facing expats (culture shock, relationships, self development)
-English or Spanish speaking

To clarify, I´m looking for (in this post, at least) qualified support services, not a fellow expat to have coffee.

If anyone has had personal experience using these services, I´d love to hear about it as well.
