English/chinese (Santiago de Chile)

Hi,
I am a teacher at norteamericano institute. I'm seeking the help of someone who speaks chinese and understands english.I have a condo in China and I'm selling it.
I need to call china....but I don't speak chinese. Can someone help me in this matter....or know someone that could help me....or know how I could go about finding such a person.I appreciate any help you can give me, Alain
