Expat Groups or Any Info about Concepcion (Santiago de Chile)

Hi all! I realize that someone in the community has already posted a thread about this, but I also am in some search of information. I am moving to Concepcion with my boyfriend at the end of October for his job, and neither of us know anything about the area, or anyone there. We have been living here in Santiago for about 8 months, and I love many things about it here, the metro, expat groups and new people I can meet to help me practice my Spanish. I'm an English teacher, so I don't get to practice my Spanish as much as I'd like! ;) I've done my research on the area, so I know to expect a colder, more rainy climate, and no metro, but I was wondering if anybody could tell me any other info....best places to visit, expat groups, etc. ?
