As a expat with a temporary visa I found it almost (almost) impossible to obtain my license to start my own business. Although laws have changed the bureaucracy had not. All lawyers told me I could not get my license to do business as a temporary resident.
I found a young new lawyer that broke the code. He charges a fraction of the cost and his attention to my needs and availability was amazing. And yes he does speak English.
