Giving Birth in Santiago? (Santiago de Chile)

Hello! My husband and I actually live full time in Peru but are expecting our first baby and looking at options as to where to give birth. We are not too comfortable with Peru's options ( they are c-section happy and wont let my husband be present). Does anyone know of any great options to deliver--- natural, un-medicated birth? Also, we prefer a water birth. Any suggestions?
