Help getting my Australian pension sent to me (Santiago de Chile)

Hi it’s new to Santiago, Jack, from Beijing.
Can anyone help me through the quagmire of Chilean government ineptitude in getting my Australian pension sent to me here in Chile? I have spoken to the Australian embassy here in Santiago as well as many calls to the Australian government on this topic but I end up with diverse, contradictory, and confusing responses. I am told by the Australian government in Australia I do not need a special visa or RUT to get my pension sent here; the Australia embassy tells me otherwise; and the local Chilean officials give me many different responses. Has anyone in our InterNations group here done this? I would be very grateful for any help.
