Main role
In this challenging new position, you will have the opportunity to establish and build the HR function for our Latin American operations. You will be working in a range of HR areas supporting the primary locations in Chile, Argentina and Brazil. As part of an efficient team of motivated global HR professionals, you will support various HR programs for Latin America, including recruiting, new hire orientation and integration, operations and compliance, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and HRIS administration.
You will be in a position to make an impact with your quick thinking, proactive problem solving, ability to work autonomously, and focus on process improvement. Your role will coordinate closely with colleagues in the US and Europe to ensure globalization of comScore’s HR policies and programs.

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Full lifecycle recruiting and staffing coordination
• Globalization of HR policies and programs
• HRIS/ATS System administration
• New Hire Orientation and On-boarding
• HR Operations support
• Client Support (employee relations, performance management, etc.)
• HR communications
• HR Customer Service

Qualifications
• 4 year college degree in business, psychology, human resource management, or other relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English and, Portuguese.
• Proven Business Partner capability
• At least 4 years of relevant HR experience gained in a Latin American environment.
• Knowledge of HR practices in Chile, Argentina and Brazil (compensation, benefits, labor law etc).
• Proven track-record in recruitment.
• Strengths in customer service, analytical thinking, organization, and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
