Import expertise? Help needed (Santiago de Chile)

I'm going to be importing nutritional supplements to Chile (vitamins, protein powder, etc...GNC/All Nutrition type products). Does anybody have contacts in the Agriculture Service division or have expertise in importing such products? I've been getting bounced around from one person to the next in my search for consultation with the government.
