In Santiago this w/end?: DELI Cooking classes (Santiago de Chile)

If you are going to be in Santiago this Tuesday and have no plans and you like to cook, this might be of y our interest!! DELI Cooking classes

Elisa cooks so delicious that we ask her to teach how to cook simple but lovely food.

We don’t know if it´s because she is Italian or just for the sake of sharing with friends, but we convinced her!!

Today we are launching our first cycle of DELI Cooking classes!!

Learn how to cook, have a delicious dinner and a lot of fun with an international and friendly group!

Class 1: Pasta sauces – MAY 21st (NEXT TUESDAY)
Pasta with salsa boloñesa and white sauce (besciamella)
Penne with cream and smoky salmon
Penne alla amatriciana
Spaghetti alla carbonara
Linguine “la crudaiola”
Linguine champinones and anchoas

Class 2: Chicken- JUNE 10th (MONDAY)
Chiken with vino dulce or lemon
Curry chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes
Chicken “a la cacciatora”
Side dish: backed potatoes, saffron zucchini

Class 3: Beef and pork- Monday 8th July
Steaks with red sauce and oregano (“alla pizzaiola”)
Rolled pork with ham and sage with white wine
Side dish: squash gnocchi with cinnamon and bacon, potato in red sauce

Class 4: Fish Monday 15th July
Tuna fish with pistachos
Sword fish with basil, tomatoes and mint
Reineta with merquèn
Side dish: safron leek, mashed peas, egg plant mint sauce

Workshop – desserts (date to be decided)
Tiramisu
Chocolate volcano
Cake with yellow cream
Crepes
The idea is learning and tasting delicious and easy dishes that you will be able to prepare yourself once you get back home from work or during the weekend - fast-to-prepare but tasty and made with good ingredients!

TIME: from 7:30 to 10 pm (approx)

WHERE: Salvador Donoso, Bellavista.

COST: the cost of the course is according to the number of booked classes
