Inexpensive/free Latin American Spanish classes (Santiago de Chile)

Does anyone know of cheap/free Spanish classes or groups that are in the Providencia area? I have been studying South American Spanish for a while, but still feel like I need to practice with my conversational spanish. I understand the basics of spanish, but putting together the sentences with the correct grammar has been a challenge. If anyone has some tips or ideas to help me along that would be much appreciated!
