San José de la Sierra Choir - Las Condes, cordially invites the members of Internations (Chile) to join the prestigious adult polyphonic choral group.
The Polyphonic Choir San José de la Sierra rehearses on a regular basis at Centro Cultural de las Condes. It was created 27 years ago under the auspices of the Craighouse School, and teacher Sergio Acuña Maureira was its first director. The repertoire includes different genres such as classic, sacred, and folkloric of different countries, and in different languages. The choral group has toured throughout the country, and participates in all kind of events, like weddings and concerts.
All voices and all ages are welcome, basses, tenors, sopranos, and altos. Contact us, and attend an evaluation session.
Reading music or knowing the repertoire is not required. The evaluation criteria are:
1.-Pitch
2.-Commitment
3.- Interest in belonging to a group.
Mistress Ana Luisa Pérez Arza is a prominent master, a renowned administrator and promoter of the choral activity in Chile.
Rehearsals take place on Mondays or Tuesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
