Dear all,

im working for an Austrian Company called AustrianSolar Chile and due to the fact that im expecting a child march Protected content want to offer my job as assistant to the CEO and Office Manager.
The Company is working in the Solar Energy Business, developing PV plants in the North.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative support of the CEO and the entire team
• Organize all administrational task in the local subsidiary
• Support and maintain databases
• Prepare periodical reporting to HQ
• Participate actively in the growth of the company

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in an assistant position
• Completed commercial or technical education / college
• Excellent computer skills (especially Word and Excel)
• Experience in administrative skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Capacity to work well within a team and independently
• High level of self-organisation, self-motivated and attention to detail
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English (writing and speaking)
• German skills a plus
• Hands-on approach
