Laptop Purchase Suggestion (Santiago de Chile)

Hi All,

Apologies in advance for the relatively arbitrary post, but I am in need of suggestions as to where I might find a good deal on slim/portable laptop. Regrettably, my original plan of having a friend brazenly and illicitly import one with him on a trip down to this, the Deep Deep South, went incurably awry when it was even more brazenly stolen from his luggage in the harsh light of day while he was irresponsibly killing time under the influence in a Colombian bar.

And so now I'm resorting to purchasing one locally but have not seen much in the way of a quality selection after visiting Falabella and Costanera mall.

Any suggestions my expat amigo/as?
