Looking for a good real estate agent (Santiago de Chile)

My girlfriend and I are arriving in Santiago in mid March and will be looking for possible places to relocate. We are currently living in the US, but are researching an eventual move. We would like to find someone in real estate that know the country well, is honest and has integrity. I would appreciate whatever help anyone can provide.
