Looking for Intensive Spanish Classes (Santiago de Chile)

I recently moved down to Santiago 4 weeks ago and have been looking for work in the business development area but have had little success - mainly because of my intermediate level of Spanish. With that said I feel that it might be in my best interest to expedite the learning curve that is associated with picking up another language and take intensive Spanish classes for at least a month. I have found a number of different sites that offer programs, but most of them include housing or are too expensive. I wanted to know if anyone has had experience with Spanish classes here in Santiago, or know of a good program that is affordable and does not include housing.
