Los Leones / PROVIDENCIA - 1 br furnished apt. (Santiago de Chile)

Dear Friends,

This is Sinan from Istanbul Turkey but my Chilean friend is renting his apt on short-term / long-term basis. Below are the info and his contact details.

I have previously stayed here myself when I first came to Stgo and I can tell that it has been a truly wonderful experience for me as an expat with no credentials like RUT etc... That's why I wanted to do my friend Francisco a favor coz he really has been a wonderful host and he will soon be leaving Santiago to work abroad.

Los Leones Protected content , Providencia, Santiago

For those who don't know about the location, this part of Providencia is one of the few expat neighborhoods in Santiago in addition to Las Condes etc. with peaceful, tree-lined streets, usually very safe even at night.

It's like Protected content by walk to the famous Costanera Center mall or Los Leones metro station. Also you can take a bus basically right in front of the building and be by the main metro station in 5 mins. The apt is close to many upscale bars, restaurants and jogger / biker friendly avenues, as well.

Well the photos pretty much speak for themselves but couple of additional things.

- 1 bedroom, approx. 45 m2 / Protected content ft, modern furnitures.
- Really nice and practical kitchen, almost with everything you might need.
- With a big balcony overlooking the San Cristobal hill and Avda. Los Leones
- New building with nice neighbors and a pool!
- 1 parking space
- A big HD TV

Well, I will leave this part to you and Francisco but he told me he is expecting somewhere around 850, Protected content CLP, (approx. Protected content but EVERTHING included (like building fees, gas, electricity, wi-fi, TV, water etc etc.)

Th thing is, you can find nice apts for cheaper on certain real estate websites like Portal Inmobiliario but then you have to add all those extra costs like electricy, gas, water, register for these services on your own, realtor comission, advance security deposit of 1 or 2 months of rent and the burden of a binding 1 yr rental contract.. Therefore I suggest this system. I think you can also pay with a credit card on and don't worry about your cash etc. But it's totally up to you two, this is none of my business...

Francisco only speaks Espanol
