Moving to Chile ... (Santiago de Chile)

Hello,
My family and I are currently living in NYC. Our plans are to move to Santiago by Protected content . Our concerns are job opportunities for expats in Chile. What is the turnaround on getting a work visa? Are there any recruiting sites or firms that are most efficient?
I am a project manager for a financial information company for television in NYC. My husband is a retail junior accountant also based in NYC. Before we decide to make this move, I, wanted to hear feedback on job opportunities for expats.
