just want to find our where I should look for an apartment (furmished), from what I hear Las Condes and ElGolf are the "best" neigborhoods? I want to be close to restaurants, bars, shopping etc.... any recommendations would be fantastic!
also, does one NEED a car for sure in Santiago? Ive had a car for 20 yrs and cant imagine not having one...is it like in other places in South America where buying a new car is very expensive?
