Needing a nana by End November or December (Santiago de Chile)

Hi everyone, Im here to ask a favour. My nana spoked to me that she had to go back to Peru and care for her very sick mother for three months or more. She had been working for us for 5 months. We had a contract and I pay her impesiones. I am not happy for her to leave as she is a good maid but I would like her to spend time with her mum.
So here is a favour I want to ask. If you know of any nana available by December or early please do let me know.Thanks a lot in advance.
