Procedure of registering a company in chile (Santiago de Chile)

Hello every one!
unfortunately chile hasn't embassy in iran. and we(me and my lady from holland) are planning to move to chile and register a company over there. so, if any one can shortly help us to know about the procedure of registering a company in chile i'll be so thankful.
1. is it possible to register the company from abroad or its better if we come there and register?
2. how much it will cost for us?
3. can we get the work permition with registering the company?
4. what documents do we need for registering the company?
