Questions regarding Residencia Temporaria/Definiti (Santiago de Chile)

Hi All,

I'm getting all of my paperwork in order to send in to the Chilean Government to start the Temporary Residence Visa process. As I understand it, I need to supply them with bank statements etc that says I'll be able to support myself in the event that I don't find a job etc. I'm married to a Chilena, and my daughter is also a Chilean citizen as well, Do i need to supply them with her bank statements or can I send them copies of my own statements from my bank in the US? Is there a certain amount that they are looking for? Does anyone else have any insight on how to make this process a bit more painless?
