Rugby involvement in Chili (Santiago de Chile)

Since I frequently visit my girlfriend in Santiago and am lifelong involved in rugby, I would like to broaden my rugbynetwork in Chili for fun experiences and maybe some active involvement.

I was a coach / player for over thirty years in the Netherlands (top-level competition men, districts competition women, Dutch National U16) and now involved in promoting veterans rugby as chairman of a veterans invitational team, organising international tours and events for veterans.
My latets experience is a coaching project called Turn-Over. We support off-track youth to get back on their feet. Rugby, all kinds of mental, social training and schooling are part of our approach.
I am also involved in the start-up of a rugbyclub in Amsterdam for youth.

I tried to contact the Chilian Rugby Board without any success. Maybe my lack of ability to communicate in Spanish was due to that fact :)

Anyway, I hope to make new rugby-friends and find opportunities to share my passion and experience.
Anyone wanting to share his/hers rugby-passion with me?
