Saying hello and looking to meet new people (Santiago de Chile)

Hey all!
I just moved to Santiago from Washington D.C., US to get certified in TESOL and experience living in a new country. In D.C. I was working as an American Sign Language (ASL)-English interpreter. (Here I also want to learn Chilean Sign Language (LSCh). I can speak Spanish, but not particularly well, and am having trouble getting used to some of the social customs here. As I don't really know many people in Santiago, it's a bit lonely so I am looking for new friends to go do fun stuff with or people to practice Spanish/English with.
Hit me up if interested! I like hiking, meandering around people-watching, swing dancing, and having meaningful conversations.
