I am coming to Santiago the end of September and need recommendation on wine tours into the countryside, tours of the city etc, best restaurants.
I am looking for things off-the-beaten path, cool budget designer cafes or restaurants, and recommendations on budget hotel-apartments.
Any suggestions welcome!
