temporary help with dog / ayuda temporaria con per (Santiago de Chile)

I hope you are well.
I really am sorry to bother you with this situation - but we urgently need help.
I am writing regarding the dog we found in the south (see previous email below). We haven't heard from anyone wanting to adopt him yet - I have also contacted various refuges and noone is willing to take him. We are unable to keep him at this moment in time. Not only are we in a flat which doesn't permit dogs, but we are also in the process of moving - and will be leaving the flat over the weekend of the 26th and 27th of November to live in a house. Once we are in the house we can keep taking care of him and continue to look for a good home, but at the moment - things are very stressful with the dog here with us all.
Is there anyone who would be willing to have him until we have moved house? As I mentioned in the last mail - he really is the most adorable dog.

Espero que estén bien.
Realmento lo siento mucho para molestarlos nuevamente con esta situación pero necesitamos ayuda urgentamente.
Estoy escribiendo de nuevo sobre el perro que encontrámos en el sur (ver mail anterior abajo). Nadie ha respondido sobre adoptarle aún - también me contacté con varios refugios y nadie quiere llevarle. Nosotros no podemos seguir cuidandole aqui en este momento. No sólo vivimos en un departamento que no permite perros, pero tambien estámos en pleno proceso de trasladarnos de casa - la fecha del cambio es durante el fin de semana del 26 y 27 de noviembre. Vamos a vivir en una casa - y una vez allí existe la posibilidad de volver a cuidarle y seguir en la busqueda de un buen hogar permanente para el, pero en este momento, es muy estresante tener el perro aqui con nosotros.
Alguien podría cuidarle hasta que nosotros hayamos trasladado de casa? Como mencioné en el mail anterior, realmente es un perro adorable.
Por favor, pueden reenviar este mail a personas quienes podrían ayudar.

Dear all,
I hope all is well.
I am writing to you as when we travelled down to Laguna Torca for this long weekend, we found this adorable dog at the place we were camping. He was in such a terrible state of starvation that we felt it best to bring him back with us to Santiago in the hope we would be able to find him a happy, loving home.
He has a lovely gentle nature and would make a great pet for a family with children. The vet told me that he is around 2 years old. We have given him medicine to get rid of fleas and any other parasites - but will need to have the appropriate injections.
I have included photos of him in this mail. If you or anyone you may know would be interested in adopting him, please contact me as soon as possible as we are in the process of moving and dogs are not allowed where are living.

Espero que estén todos muy bien.
Estoy escribiéndoles porque este fin de semana larga, viajamos a Laguna Torca, y allí encontramos un perro adorable en el lugar donde estábamos acampando. El estaba en tan mal estado de desnutrición que nos sentimos que la mejor idea era de traerle de vuelta a Santiago con nosotros en la esperanza de encontrarle un hogar feliz con amor.
El perro tiene un carácter muy suave y dócil, y sería una fantástica mascota para una familia con niños. El veterinario me contó que tiene alrededor de 2 años. Le hemos dado medicina para deshacerse de las pulgas y otros parásitos pero va a necesitar las vacunas correspondientes.
Adjunto unos fotos de el en el mail. Si tu o alguien que conoces estaría interesado en adoptarle, por favor, comuníquense lo antes posible conmigo porque estamos en el proceso de cambiarnos de casa y los perros no son permitidos donde vivimos ahora.
