The better cheddar and other food questions (Santiago de Chile)

Hi all, new in Santiago so please bear with me.

Looking for a few comfort items and maybe you guys can point me in the right direction.

First up, can you find cheddar cheese in Santiago? I have yet to see it :(

Is there a place to get Italian food? Talking about jars of sauce, Italian sausage, grated cheese, things like that.

Finally, is there is a place to get asian food? Asian food market? Looking more specifically for Japanese items, not Chinese. Things like Japanese rice, cooking sake, ect ect

Any help would be, well, helpful.
