what school for our kids (12, 14) (Santiago de Chile)

We would like to move to Santiage but before we would like to sort out the school situation for our boys, 12 and 14. We are a french german family, the boys are visiting currently a french "college" in Paris and we would like to know if there are alternatives to the french-international school in Santiago.
Can they visit a local school? It would be all about money because we don't know how much money we can earn in the beginning, starting a business, and Protected content per month for the french school is just too expensive. Are there any foreigners who managed to find an other solution? What would you recommend? They are speaking English quite well.
