Which visa do I apply for! (Santiago de Chile)

Hey guys,

I am from Australia and am looking to move to Chile early next year to live and work, most likely as an English teacher.
I am seriously confused about what the best visa to obtain might me.
I have a Degree in Nursing but want to work as an English teacher as I think this would be the easiest route.
Initially I was looking at the Work and holiday visa but it doesn't allow you to work more than 3 months with the one employer.
Currently I am looking at the temporary resident visa but am unsure of the exact specifications and requirements needed to obtain this?? Would really appreciate some guidance!!
