Aussie wanting to move to SP (São Paulo)

Hi there

I recently got back to Australia from a 3 month travel experience in Brazil, and probably like most Aussies living in Brazil now, ive decided i want to move there permanently. i have done some google research, but im finding it rather overwhelming to find information that is helpful. so thought id sign up to internations to get some help.

My situation is that my partner of 2 years now resides back in Brazil, and will be living there until he has finished his degree. Naturally i want to live in Brazil to be with him, so i was wondering if anyone has advice on a pathway to follow... i am willing and able to pursue a working visa, but if someone can help break down the process into simpler terms i would appreciate the assistance.
