Best way to transfer from BR bank to US bank (São Paulo)

Hello all,
I've just got my RNE and am researching which bank to open my account with. I'll be paid in BRL but have some bills in USD, so I'm looking to find the bank with the lowest fees/best ease of use for transferring my BRL in my Brazil account to USD in a US account. Anyone have a recommendation?
