Brazilian Comfort Food (São Paulo)

Hello Fellow Hungry Readers,
I found a concise recipe in English for a Brazilian comfort snack and decided to post the link to it below.
I am also thinking that we could exchange recipes for snacks - Brazilian and others- that are doable with the ingredients at our disposal in a run of the mill Brazilian supermarket. Does anyone else have such recipes which they wish to share?
