Cheapest way to transfer money from US to Brasil (São Paulo)

Boa noite, pessoal!
I've been here in SP for a bit over a month, and still can't manage to find a way to transfer money from the US to Brasil on a regular basis without being gouged with fees.
Any suggestions as to the most sensible (cough cheapest cough) way to transfer funds would be most welcome! Thanks in advance.
