Detox and green juices course (São Paulo)

Hi everyone!
As part of my work, I will be offering a course on healthy cleansing practices and the preparation of green detox juices next Wednesday 09/04 from 6-9pm in Vila Mariana.

I will be teaching the theory on how to cleanse our bodies in a healthy way, will give tips on foods that help decrease toxins, inflammation and maintain our bodies balanced. Then Silvia from Cozinha Efêmera will be teaching the practical part of how to easily make some of the famous and delicious green detox juices.
