Doing business with Infraero (São Paulo)
Im representating Vanderlande Industries, that is in start of doing business with the Brazilian government, in particular with Infraero. With over > Protected content worldwide, we are supply, integrate and service material handling systems for airports and the distribution sector.
Currently we wish to get some more knowledge concerning the negotiation on contractual terms because of differences in Procurement & business Law between the Netherlands and Brazil.
To get a better understanding, I am searching for companies that already do business and have experience with negotiating with Infraero, preferably with a mother organization in Europe (to benchmark the business model)
Does anybody have a suggestion?
