English guy in SP (São Paulo)

Hi guys!
I have recently moved to live in Sao Paulo from England and I'm looking to meet new people out here.
Are there any weekly Internation meets in SP? I am also a big fan of sports and would love to play football or rugby during the week.
So if anyone fancies a beer or has any advice fun things to do in the city let me know :)
