Pipeline developer / Technical director to overhaul and enhance our workflow and pipeline. If you enjoy working with the latest technology, developing the frameworks for applications to talk to one another, collecting / sorting / analyzing data, and optimizing workflows we would love to talk.

Responsibilities ­ Work with the CTO and supervisors to refocus our long term pipeline strategy ­ Optimize, test, debug, and maintain our production pipeline utilizing python to integrate our various DCC’s ­ Work closely with artists and supervisors to help identify and solve production problems ­ Write efficient and readable python code and develop intuitive applications with clean UX ­ Design custom tools, integrate various SDK’s, and be part of a productive team ­ Iterate on and improve efficiency and quality of the studio’s pipeline and proprietary toolset ­ Estimate task duration accurately and manage time appropriately to hit deliveries and deadlines

Qualifications: ­ A minimum of 3-­5 years of software development experience in the game or M&E industry ­ Working knowledge of Shotgun’s Pipeline Toolkit or commensurate experience with developing around associated DCC’s (ie. Maya, UE4, Nuke, Photoshop) ­ Proficient in Python and experience with C++ ­ Working knowledge of PyPy and PyQt for UI application development ­ Comfortable with Git as a version control system ­ Excellent 3D Math, Trig, and Linear Algebra skills. ­ Knowledge of Maya Rigging setups ­ Familiar with modern practices of object oriented programming and processes ­ Highly self- motivated and eager to learn new systems and skills ­ Good communication skills and positive team member ­ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or similar career experience

Bonus Qualifications: ­ Experience coding for GPU’s (CUDA, PhysX, AMD OpenCL Accelerated Parallel Processing, etc..) ­ Familiarity with a variety of SDK’s and experience developing around them (Oculus, AMD/ATI, UE4, etc..) ­ Experience designing and customizing Unreal Engine 4 plugins ­ Work with gaming consoles (Xbox360, PS4, etc..) ­ Familiarity with tracking software (ie.Optitrack, Vicon, etc..) ­ Experience with various M&E software including Maya, SpeedTree, Vray, Otoy, etc... ­ Familiarity with Visual Studio ­ Experience with Shotgun Software and their Toolkit / API
