Holidays in a Luxury Residence @ Rio de Janeiro (São Paulo)

Awesome event is coming :)!

I'm negotiating rental of luxury residence in Mangaratiba / Rio de Janeiro.

Period:
28. Protected content (1st May Holidays)

Features:
- 1.000 sqm
- 3 private beaches
- swimming pool
- gardens
- bar
- 6 bedrooms
- 3 rooms
- 6 bathrooms
- TV room
- ping pong
- snooker
- hammocks
- volleyball court
- 24h security

Everything is only for our disposition! We are not sharing the residence with anyone.

To make our stay even better we going to be supported by:
- gardener
- cleaning lady
- our private cook

Sound expensive huh? With current negotiations price for 3 days during holidays is 300BRL/person only!

Price include:
- accommodation
- 3 breakfasts
- 2 evening barbeque's with open bar (beer + caipirinha)

Price don't include:
- transport by van to Rio (I'm negotiating it)
- optional Rio de Janeiro trip on Sunday
- optional Monday trip (we will decide If we like to go somewhere ex. Paraty)

I'm hoping to make transport cost 150BRL, and (optional) Rio trip cost 50BRL so final full package should be ~500BRL.

I have a lot of time to find good deal about transport but about the house we need to make decision ASAP.

If we wont get few couples, few girls might have to share double bed with other girl. There are going to be some alternative places to sleep available too (hammock, mattress etc).

This event going to be filled up with music! I will do my best to get the good sound equipment.

Our capacity is 16 person so PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SELF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I have already 9 confirmations and I hope to close the list in next 48 hours!
