Menu:

Starters:
1. Rasam (Spicy Tomato/Lentil soup served with turmeric rice)
2. Chicken Tikka (Cubes of fresh chicken, marinated in ginger, garlic, chili, lime and yogurt, cooked in bar-b-q and served with salad)
3. Vegetable samosa (pastry triangle with spiced vegetable filling, served with mango chutney)

Main Dishes:
1. Prawn Vindaloo (Portuguese/Goan. Fresh prawns sautéed in dried red chilies, garlic, ginger, onion, cumin seed, turmeric, tamarind water and vinegar)
2. Chicken Dansak (chicken breast, cubed and cooked in spicy, hot and sour lentil gravy)
3. Vegetable Thoran (crunchy fresh vegetables, sautéed in coconut oil with freshly grated coconut)

Accompaniments:
1. Basmati rice (traditional aromatic Indian rice)
2. Lemon rice (basmati rice with nuts, veg and lemon)
3. Raitha ( Yogurt dip with cucumber, onion and paprika)
4. Rajma paratha (South Indian flatbread of flour, red beans, coriander, garlic and chili)

Dessert Menu:
1. Coconut and Ginger ice-cream with fresh meringue
2. Vermicelli Payasam (South Indian dessert made with milk, vermilcelli, cashew and raisins, saffron, dark raw sugar and cardamon)
3. Gulab Jamun (Fried semolina, milk, rosewater and sugar balls, soaked in sugar syrup)
