International Drivers License (São Paulo)

Hi everyone, I guess this is specific for Canadians. I just went to CAA to get my international drivers license and noticed that Brazil is not one of the countries listed and so I ended up getting a refund. I know I probably won't drive there but its always a good idea to have one... do you know how we obtain an international drivers license that is valid in Brazil? Thank you so much in advance.
