Internet provider (São Paulo)

Hey guys,
I am currently looking for an internet provider here in SP:

Should be 10 MBit or more I think. Not too expencive and probably via coaxial cable, since I only need internet - no telefone and no televinsion plan.

I checked vivo and tim. For my CEP ( Protected content ) vivo requires me to have a telefone contract as well, and tim live is not yet available here...

So the only thing I found so far was Net. They charge 99,90 R$ per month what I found expensive.

So if you have any other suggestions, I would be glad to know :)
