just arrived so - lots of questions! (São Paulo)

Please can anyone help??

We have just arrived in SP and we need:

1- a maid or cleaner (urgently) in order to help us with the house and the kids. we need to start working here asap, but need someone to stay with the kids after school etc so we can actually get out and about. we also need someone for the odd night out when we are attending events etc.
is anyone able to recomend a person? I am desperate!
2- we also need to register our business in SP. i'd be grateful if anyone could recomend a solicitor to help us with the paperwork etc
3- we are temporarily renting a flat in V. Madalena, is there anyone from Internations around here??
4- we cant get SP mobile phones because we havent got proof of address in our names yet. how do expats get a mobile phone in Sao Paulo??

apologies if i have gone on a bit...am a little stressed with all the move and the bureaucracy...
