looking for intensive portuguese lessons (São Paulo)

Hi all,
I'm moving to Sao Paulo next week and would like to start taking intensive portuguese lessons for my first months there (approx. 20hrs a week).
I've checked out a few school websites but they all look very expensive. Can anyone recommend a state institution or something similar to the Goethe Institute or Dante Institue in Europe that have more reasonable rates?
