Moving to Sao Paulo in January (São Paulo)

Hi we're setting up a design Business in Sao Paulo and will be coming over in January from South Africa. We will be setting up an Design Studio in the Jardins area and will be looking for accommodation in and around that area, Itaim looks pretty good. Two of us are coming over next week for meetings and was wondering if anyone that is in the Villa Olympia area would be keen to meet up for a drink and a chat on Expat living in Brazil where to stay etc etc..
