Nanny/Baba Search (São Paulo)

We recently moved to Sao Paulo and need to figure out how to find and hire a trustworthy nanny (as well as someone to help around the house). We have three chlidren (6,6, and 3) and both my husband and I work full time. Can anyone point us in the right direction? i.e., are there reputable agencies or other expat groups to solicit?
