new expat assignment in Sao Paulo (São Paulo)

Hello,

My husband's company has asked us to consider an expat assignment in Sao Paulo. We just finished our first overseas experience in Shanghai China (we are from the US). I am looking for tips and insights from other moms in Sao Paulo. As a mother of three school age children, my biggest concerns are regarding them. I am interested in finding some first hand information about schools, churches, sport activites, scouting, and everything else for young families!!!! Is there a specific forum for parents? In Shanghai there was a yahoo group for parents that was great for getting info, sharing tips and buying/selling household items, etc.. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.
