Rugby & Golf in Sao Paulo (São Paulo)

Are there any active ruggers that know the scene here (teams to join, where to play, schedule, style of play, etc). Can play back (good speed & hands) or forward (not prop) depending on the needs/weight of the team. Probably more of a natural flanker. Good fundamentals in scrums & line-outs. Having trouble finding a proper mouth guard here (can't use the ones for boxing). Off the pitch fun is a must.

Also, need to jump back on my golf game (missing my old place right now - Protected content . Always open for an invitation for 9 holes or just to practice the swing on the driving range.
