Safe area to live in Sao Paulo close to my work? (São Paulo)

With a 2-years expatriation period starting at April Protected content , a baby on the way, and working at Parque Industrial Daci (Taboao da Serra)... Wich safe-expat neighborhood would you recommend me?

I'm looking for a reasonable walking-distance safe-expat area to live in, but if it weren't possible and the neigborhood suggested by you were well-connected will be fine as well!
