Starters:
1. Kathrikka: Finely sliced pieces of aubergine dipped in a special chickpea batter, blended with coriander and chilli, before frying. Served with fresh tomato chutney.
2. Masala Vadai: Crunchy, deep-fried patties made of mixed lentil batter laced with fresh curry leaves, ginger and green chillies, served with coconut chutney.

Main Dishes:
1. Fish Molee (Fish fillets cooked in spices, home-pressed coconut milk and fresh curry leaves)
2. Keralan Chicken Roast (chicken pieces and vegetables cooked in spicy, coconut milk)
3. Avial: Famous Keralan vegetable dish with potato, carrot, beans, green banana and okra, steamed in turmeric water, with fresh coconut, chillies and home made yoghurt)

Accompaniments:
1. Lemon rice (Indian basmati rice with nuts, veg and lemon)
2. Raitha (Homemade yogurt dip with cucumber, onion and paprika)
3. Rajma paratha (Flatbread of flour, black beans, coriander, garlic and chili)

Dessert Menu:
1. Ginger and almond cake with spiced lemon sauce
2. Vermicelli Payasam (South Indian dessert made with milk, vermilcelli, cashew and raisins, saffron, dark raw sugar and cardamon)
3. Cardomon ice-cream with plum and clove puree
Drinks included:
Pineapple lassi (fresh pineapple and homemade yogurt iced smoothie)
Hibiscus and honey iced cordial
